Karima holds a Master's in Educational Leadership from McGill University and Bachelor of Education from Queen's University. She is a certified facilitator, coach and mediator. She is certified in various assessment tools including the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), the Emotional Intelligence Tool (EQ-i 2.0 and 360).
Karima’s presentation enhanced our awareness of diversity, inclusion and best practices to uncover unconscious biases in the workplace. She is a very knowledgeable and engaging speaker!
