Karima holds a Master's in Educational Leadership from McGill University and Bachelor of Education from Queen's University. She is a certified facilitator, coach and mediator. She is certified in various assessment tools including the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), the Emotional Intelligence Tool (EQ-i 2.0 and 360).
From the moment she introduced herself, we were captivated by her enthusiasm, depth of knowledge and ability to connect with everyone - no small task considering we were well over 100 people.
