Create Psychological Safety

Image Title: Create Psychological Safety. You have it if: You see mistakes as opportunities to learn. You have permission to experiment and fail without fear of reprimand. You can share different views/ideas/struggles freely during meetings. You feel trust and a sense of belonging with your colleagues. You look out for you colleagues and your community. You don't have it if: You see mistakes as threats to your career. You're afraid/unwilling to rock the boat. You don't share your ideas and boast about your strengths. You're afraid of your colleagues or managers. You look out for yourself.

Creating psychological safety in our workplaces has many benefits. Employees are more engaged, feel trust and motivated do their best work.
