Karima holds a Master's in Educational Leadership from McGill University and a Bachelor's in Education from Queen's University. She is also an accredited mediator, facilitator and coach, and received training from Google's mindfulness and emotional intelligence leaders.
Karima lives and works in the Ottawa-Gatineau region, and sometimes travels for work.
